I’m a psychologist, sexpert, and unapologetic disruptor of the status quo in sex and relationship support.
In my Private Practice, I help individuals and couples navigate, improve and future-proof their intimacy and relationships. And since I cannot change the world for the better in my industry single-handedly, I also support my colleagues to run successful independent businesses and change people's lives every day.
I face and call out systemic bullshit and the oppression of our wellbeing on the daily—with depth, clarity, and a touch of rebellion. I try to build or participate in projects that represent the things I am passionate about, such as Mental Health (especially Workaholism) and Animal Welfare.
I am also a deep system thinker who loves to read books and listen to podcasts regularly. My soul heals in Nature and grows on the road, and as a Globe Trotter, I travel lots - capturing beautiful landscapes as I introspect, challenge myself and remind myself that all we are is Dust In The Wind...
Whether you’re here to just learn more about me, or heal and grow, or maybe even build a meaningful business or project that actually works in this wild world—I’ve got you!

Curious To Know More?
What exactly do you do as a psychologist and sexpert?
I support individuals and couples in understanding themselves, healing emotional wounds, navigating intimacy, and building relationships that actually work in real life—not just in theory. My approach blends psychology, relational science, and unapologetic honesty. I’m here to help people transform, not tiptoe around their problems. You can explore what I can help with here: https://www.lifesexperts.com
How can I work with you?
You can reach out to me via email, and from there we can discuss your goals, needs, and whether we’re a good fit. I offer sessions, guidance, and occasionally long-term journeys for those wanting deeper transformation.
Are you available for collaborations, speaking, or interviews?
Absolutely—if the project aligns with my values, mission, and desire to create more integrity and clarity in the world of intimacy, mental health, and personal development. I enjoy speaking, teaching, writing, and contributing to meaningful conversations. Email me to explore the possibilities.
Do you have a podcast?
Yes! I host a Bulgarian-language podcast called Секс и Щастие (“Sex & Happiness”). It’s my way of giving something back to Bulgaria by sharing grounded, accessible conversations about intimacy, relationships, and personal growth. If you don’t speak Bulgarian but still want to hear me, I’m occasionally a guest on various international podcasts where I talk about sexuality, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and the messy, beautiful complexity of being human.
Are you active on social media?
Technically yes—I have accounts—but I don’t really use social media the way most people do. I used to be active on LinkedIn until they shadowbanned my work, which dramatically reduced my visibility and made it clear that the platform wasn’t a reliable place for open dialogue about intimacy and wellbeing. These days, the best way to know what I’m up to is my newsletter. That’s where I share insights, updates, invitations, and the real behind-the-scenes of my work.

What is Grindless.Life?
grindless.life is my personal development project born out of surviving multiple burnouts and refusing to let workaholism run my life again. It’s a space for entrepreneurs, leaders, and high-achievers who want to succeed without destroying themselves in the process. Through psychology, systems thinking, and deeply lived experience, I teach people how to heal the hurt and trauma that fuels their workaholic tendencies and build a life that feels aligned with their values. The goal is simple: less grind, more life. You can find more here: https://grindless.life/
What is “360 of Your 365”?
“360 of Your 365” is a yearly reflection and life-design practice I created for myself and later shared with others. It’s a simple but powerful way to pause, zoom out, and look at your life from every angle — your habits, goals, wellbeing, relationships, energy, and direction. Instead of waiting for burnout, crisis, or frustration to force change, the framework helps you redesign your year with intention. It’s part practical audit, part emotional check-in, part roadmap for living with more clarity and purpose. Find more at: https://360ofyour365.lifesexperts.com/
How do you support Sexpreneurs and other professionals in the field?
Back in 2019, I founded the Sexperts Business Community—a space dedicated to helping sexuality and relationship professionals build independent, sustainable, high-impact practices. I’ve spent years supporting sexperts in navigating the business side of this work: visibility, sales, client care, strategy, systems, and everything we were never taught in our formal training. My mission has always been to empower colleagues to thrive, so they can change more lives without burning out or getting lost in the noise of the industry. I also offer one-to-ne business coaching for sexpreneurs.
What have you done in the Animal Welfare world?
I grew up rescuing cats and dogs in my hometown in Bulgaria—my home was basically a halfway house for strays. I’d collect animals, patch them up, and find them new families. It wasn’t until years later, living abroad, that people kept telling me how their cats “from Leah” were doing… and I realised I have been a cat dealer. :D In 2010, seeing how desperately Bulgaria needed a central place for rescuers, adopters, drivers, vets, and volunteers to connect, I created a nationwide animal-rescue platform on Facebook. It grew quickly and is now the largest animal welfare community in the country, with over 28,000 members in the main group and more than 60,000 followers across all connected platforms. Today it’s fully volunteer-run, and while I’m not active day-to-day anymore, I still care and show up with support, and oversight when needed. I have also been an advisor for other animal welfare projects - from Bulgaria and India. Animal welfare remains one of my core values, and I continue to support various initiatives and campaigns whenever I can.
What do you busy yourself with outside of work?
Right, yes, I used to be a workaholic - but I do have a lot more balance nowadays enjoying hobbies, interests and growth opportunities. I read books and listen to podcasts, hike whenever I can, wander through new places like a curious child, and photograph landscapes without a single touch of Photoshop. I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by nature, exploring, or learning something that expands my understanding of people and systems. I also enjoy archery and tennis (without the rules & points) and if you challenge me to an arm wrestle - I'm in. Life is short, and if something can make a cool story - I'll take the (informed) Risk!
Where are you from, and what has your journey been so far?
I’m originally from Bulgaria — one of the oldest countries in Europe, and a place with rich history, culture, and language I love deeply. Bulgaria is in my heart with our old traditions, our strong and stoic spirit, our resourcefulness, our brutal honesty and integrity… all of that is part of my identity. I’m incredibly proud of where I come from. But as much as I miss it, the political landscape and systemic corruption simply don’t align with who I am or how I want to live. So my relationship with Bulgaria is one of love, longing, and giving back from afar — through creating the Bulgarian National Animal Rescue Platform, hosting a Bulgarian-language podcast to share my (s)expertise, and contributing in ways that honour my roots. I lived in the UK for nearly 15 years, and it’s woven into me at this point. I’m bilingual, bicultural, and dual-national, and I genuinely see myself as Bulgarian-British. British culture shaped how I think, work, communicate, and see the world — and there’s a lot from those years that I carry forward with gratitude. I’ve also lived in Portugal for a few months, back in 2017, and absolutely fell in love with it. Portugal remains one of my favourite places in Europe — soulful, warm, and quietly transformative. And now? I’ve been in New Zealand, travelling and exploring its wild beauty for over a year, and I adore it. This is the first place where I’ve felt like I could stay forever. It feels like a home that I chose and I hope it will choose me too.
